Grabbing what they can...

I've received another mail today at 3/16/2006 7:10 PM from a guy.

It seems his brother has joined and well, and his brother's up-line
seems to be dragging his family in too... Read on..

Hi

Great site, I really wish this lampe berger will be delisted from
Malaysian companies.

My brother just recently joined, paid RM 2345. Of course as a bro,
I am pissed, but I say,..well he’s naïve…seems like trusting those guys

Who drive big cars, and show off….anyway, I think that’s the end
of my trouble…but no…those buggers upline still want to drag my
rest of the family into it..

Isnt’ it obvious…they have outsize the network….the suckers who joined
above just need to get people lower. My dad just retired, and of course
got KWSP money…

Luckily my dad and mom are still sensible enuff, to understand that 30k
is not a little sum of money….

This is not just a scam, it’s destroying our young people minds too…

To take action against these people will be the best course…
Maybe raise a complaint with Pengguna…or sth like that.

What made this person so angry towards Lampe Berger?
Did Lampe Berger did something wrong to him...
We never know.. To my view, it must be how they (LB) peeps talk
people into the business... I shall not speculate further but more facts later..

Steven also asked me to send an e-mail to the HQ of Lampe Berger.
Hmm... why not? Will try this method later.

Please leave comments.
I'm too tired of all this already...

Why can DHCL use some other marketing methods like retailing to retail shops instead? therefore, the products are much cheaper that way! Say no to MLM!

cheaper aaa? from what basis do you form your statement?

It will never be cheaper my friend..
Never..

It's me again, just another 2 cents:

I think anyone who joined LB will eventually be pressured to cough up 30k.

Why? Coz my own brother...still insist want to get 30k from my dad.

I asked, why not start from bottom (franchise) but he replied, everyone's going for 30k, even his college frens( funded by father/mother/relatives). And plus, it takes very long to go up (125) under you.

I have heard other commentators saying, it's the PEOPLE problem, it's not the COMPANY.

Well, let me put it clear. People works towards the best motivating factor. And DCHL has put this kind of system (cut count) inside it, knowingly that it fill "fish" a lot of people in, creating a culture that will pressure others to join into the bandwagon.

So, isn't it obvious, that the COMPANY is to be blamed?

So, a huge blame is on the company for creating this system. People and the culture in a company is definitely affected by how it's run.

Just my 2 cents.

I'm sorry "dksg",

I beg to differ...

Selling to earn a profit is ethical.
Why not?

Say you open a shop, a shop selling food.. You got no business from outside but you mainly your friends and family comes to buy from you..
Would you sell to them your food without profit?

Business is business.. still there must be a certain percentage of profit...

I would say, the most un-ethical one is being in the business is selling and then giving empty promises and you are not honest enough in dealings.

That is un-ethical..
Earning a profit is a must from all business.. that is how business people sustain..

based on what dksg said..that means a lot of business man are unethical...

lol...they earn money from their friends also...

hahahaha...

Well said slumber,

Bear in mind that you have a great upline to work with and I hope this site don't hold any grude against you.
As this blog/site is meant for those those upline or distributors whom are not sincere and un-ethical.

I wish you in great success in MLM and I also do wish to hear your success story one day in this blog.

But I do want to say one thing is, once there is a rotten egg in a basket of good eggs..
Others eggs will be deem as rotten as well.

It will never end, unless, THOSE distributors whom are un-ethical and un-sincere are gotten rid off..

Look at the MLM structure ...

I sell to my friend a product I just used so that I can make a profit .. my friend relied on my judgement and thats about all ...

A scheme that rely on you getting your friends or others to be your downline and you profit from their sales ... is just not ethical ...

Anyway, I rest my case ... For those who believe that asking your friends to cough out an initial sum to "start" the "business" and profit from that recruitment ... good luck ... hope you got enough friends and friends' friends to see you thru the long run ...

MLM poisons one's mind to see all your relatives and friends as "contact" list, just like insurance agents in the past ... remember ? everyone avoid them like pests ... later in life you will know that life is more than having a long "contact" list for you to "sell".

How long is your "contact list"?
